This is a phrase we have been hearing from our customers. After a few questions and great conversations, we began to understand what they were referring to.
1. Joe or PaPa Joe as some of you may know him. My Dad, a retired truck driver, is generally the first voice you will now hear when you call Precision RV. We are blessed to have a real person answer the phone and answer questions when you call. He also manages the appointment scheduling and campground and is the guy you can sit and chat with during your repair appointment.
2. Experience. Owners, Tony Darracott and Terry Ray have over 35 years of combined experience working on Tiffin coaches. From building, repairing, servicing, and warranting them. Helping at Tiffin rallies, dealing with extended warranties, and providing parts for them, they have worked on just about every aspect of these coaches.
3. Honesty. We are seeing more and more why owners come to the Red Bay area. Most of all the cottage industries that have started up in the area work with honesty, integrity, and teamwork. If we can’t facilitate your needs, we have a partner, who in most cases, can help. Building a network of businesses that work together for the mutual benefit of the customer, to be serviced in an efficient, cost effective manner, and within the customers time frame is what we believe in.
